  • 1 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 c. cold milk (skim)
  • 1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 pkg. jello chocolate flavored sugar-free instant reduced calorie pudding and pie filling
  • 1/2 c. Cool Whip lite whipped topping
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
