  • 5/8 cup dark chocolate

    Melt the chocolate on the steam

    Let it to cool for 35 minutes

    *BE CAREFUL IF THE CHOCOLATE IS TOO HOT, THE BALLOONS WILL POP

    On the cook-paper make small chocolate circles using the scoop. These chocolate circles will serve you afterwards as the bottom line of your bowl so it won't turn.

    Firstly put the balloons in some plant oil to make a thin layer

    After that, dip balloons in the chocolate and place them on the circles that you have made before

    When you finish, put the chocolate balloons in the fridge for 1 hour and 30 minutes

    After you take the balloons out of the fridge take a sharp object and puncture the balloons

    Enjoy in your dessert :-)
