  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. boiling water with 2 tsp. instant coffee

    Mix together the first 7 ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients.

    Batter is extremely runny.

    Bake at 350° in a greased and floured tube pan.

    Also makes about 4 dozen cupcakes. Cake takes about 5 minutes to mix!
