  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sift together cocoa, flour, salt and baking soda.

    Then mix sugar and cold water.

    Blend mayonnaise mixture with dry ingredients and turn into 2 (8-inch) round cake pans or regular size cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for one hour or until when touched, it springs back in place.
