  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. strong coffee

    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Mix all dry ingredients together (6) in a mixing bowl.

    Add liquid a little at a time with your mixer.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a greased pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Cool and frost.
