  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs

    Mix flour and sugar; set aside.

    Combine cocoa, margarine, oil and water in a saucepan; heat to boiling.

    Pour over flour/sugar mixture.

    Add buttermilk and eggs.

    Bake at 325° in a sheet pan until done.
