  • 3 small pkg. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 sq. bitter chocolate
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can Carnation milk
  • 2 sticks margarine or butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Put margarine, bitter chocolate (cut in small pieces) and semi-sweet chocolate in large pan.

    Put milk and sugar in heavy saucepan and turn on low until sugar dissolves, then turn higher until it starts to boil.

    Cook for 7 minutes while boiling, stirring all the time.

    Pour this over margarine and chocolates and beat until all melts and begins to get stiff.

    Add nuts and vanilla.

    Pour in buttered pans and refrigerate until cold.

    Cut in squares.

    Store in refrigerator.
