- dash of salt
- 1 c. milk
- grated orange peel
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 oz. chopped unsweetened chocolate
- whipped cream
Directions

1Stir Espresso, sugar and salt in 4 cup measure. Add chocolate. Microwave, uncovered, on High 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted and can be stirred in smooth.

2Stir in milk.

3Microwave, uncovered 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.

4Beat with hand mixer until foamy. Top each serving with whipped cream. Sprinkle with orange peel. Yields 4 servings.
