  • chocolate cake mix or German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • caramel ice cream topping
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 Heath candy bars or Skor bars, chopped

Directions

    Bake cake according to package directions.

    Remove from oven and poke holes in it with a straw. Pour can of sweetened milk and caramel topping over cake. Let cool. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with Heath or Skor bars.
