- 1 SuperMoist chocolate cake mix
- 30 caramels
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 1 (5.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 c. cold milk
Directions

1Follow cake mix directions.

2Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

3Set other 1/2 batter aside.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5While cake is cooling, pour Eagle Brand milk over caramels in medium size saucepan; melt over low heat.

6Pour caramel mixture over baked cake, then pour other 1/2 batter over caramel layer.

7Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

8Let cake cool completely.
