Chocolate Cherry Fruit Dip

  • 1 jar (10 Oz. Size) Drained Maraschino Cherries, Juice Reserved
  • 4- 1/2 ounces, weight Chocolate Bar
  • 4- 1/2 ounces, weight White Chocolate Bar
  • 23 cups Sugar
  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 5 Tablespoons Maraschino Cherry Juice

Directions

    Dump the cherries in a food processor and pulse until well chopped.

    Break up the chocolate bars, add to the food processor and pulse just until the chocolate is chopped to small chunks.

    Dont over-pulse the chocolate, you want small chunks.

    Set the chocolate/cherry mixture aside and pull out another bowl.

    In that bowl, combine sugar, cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream.

    Mix well.

    Add the vanilla, almond extract, cherry/chocolate mixture, and finally the cherry juice.
