- 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. brandy or rum
- 1/2 cup glazed cherries, chopped
- 30 Nilla Vanilla Wafers, coarsley chopped
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Directions

1IN heavy saucepan, carefully melt chocolate and butter over low heat.

2Beat eggs until thick, about 8 minutes.

3Gradually add sugar.

4Beat in chocolate and brandy.

5Fold in chopped cherries, crushed wafers and nuts.

6Spoon into small individual paper cups.

7Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

8If desired, garnish with whipped cream and additional cherries.

9SERVE chilled.
