- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1In small bowl, mix sugar, cocoa and salt thoroughly.

2In large bowl, beat together eggs, margarine, milk and vanilla.

3Gradually beat in sugar mixture.

4Pour filling into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350° until filling is set, but still somewhat soft in center, approximately 45 to 50 minutes.

5Do not overbake.
