- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 5 Tablespoons Evaporated Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 whole 9 Inch Pie Crust
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1/3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/3 teaspoons Cinnamon
Directions

1Melt butter and chocolate. Mix eggs and sugar with the melted butter and chocolate. Add evaporated milk and vanilla.

2Mix well and pour into the unbaked crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 to 325 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes more or until filling is set. Cool completely.
