  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated skim milk
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pie crust
  • Whipped cream

Directions

    Combine sugar and cocoa in bowl; mix well.

    Add eggs, evaporated milk, margarine and vanilla; mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
