Chocolate Chess Pie

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt oleo over low heat, stir in cocoa.

    In small bowl beat egg with wire whisk; add sugar, milk and vanilla.

    Pour this in cocoa mixture and heat while stirring.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Mixture does not need to come to boil, just heat until well blended.
