- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 7 Tbsp. cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 (8-inch) frozen pie crusts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put all ingredients in blender and mix well.

3Pour into pie shells and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top of the pie has puffed up like a souffle.

4Center will still be shaky when pie is taken from oven.

5Do not overbake.
