- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cups Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 18 teaspoons Vanilla Stevia
- 18 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
Directions

1Note this requires overnight refrigeration, so plan ahead.

2Combine blended coconut milk, water and chia seeds in a 1-quart mason jar, put the lid on and shake well.

3Add cacao powder, stevia and salt, put the lid on and shake well.

4Refrigerate overnight to let chia seeds soften and absorb liquid.
