  • 1 can (13 1/2 Oz. Size) Coconut Milk, Blended
  • 1- 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cups Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
  • 18 teaspoons Vanilla Stevia
  • 18 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt

    Note this requires overnight refrigeration, so plan ahead.

    Combine blended coconut milk, water and chia seeds in a 1-quart mason jar, put the lid on and shake well.

    Add cacao powder, stevia and salt, put the lid on and shake well.

    Refrigerate overnight to let chia seeds soften and absorb liquid.

    Serve.
