  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. German chocolate, grated (save 1/4 c. for later)
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs

    Combine all ingredients and beat. Bake in tube pan about 1 hour at 350°. While hot, sprinkle with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and remaining grated chocolate.
