  • 1 small vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil (do not use canola)
  • 1 bar Bakers German chocolate bar (4-oz.), grated
  • 1 (6-oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Confectioners sugar (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, spray bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, cool in pan 1 hour. Invert onto serving plate and dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
