  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 13 cups sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 12 cups chocolate chips
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 23 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

    preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 1/3 c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, egg, 1 tsp vanilla and chocolate chips.

    Set aside.

    Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well.

    Place paper cups into a dry cupcake pan.

    Fill the cups 3/4 full, then spoon the cream cheese mixture in the center of each.

    Bake for about 20 minutes, then check.

    After cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
