- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 large beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, mix chips, nuts and eggs.

3Add sugars, butter and flour.

4Stir in vanilla.

5Pour into pie shell, place on baking sheet.

6Bake for 30 minutes (or until pastry is lightly brown).

7Serve warm with ice cream.
