- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
- 3 eggs
- 34 cup packed brown sugar
- 14 cup sugar
- 34 cup flour
- 12 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 14 cup canola oil or 14 cup coconut oil
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 34 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 34 cup chopped pecans or 34 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

2Beat in the sugars, flour, butter, oil and vanilla until well blended.

3Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

6Cool on a wire rack.

7Chill.

8Refrigerate leftovers.
