- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 23 cup sugar
- 12 cup oil
- 23 cup vanilla yogurt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 12 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2Stir together dry ingredients(flour, baking powder, salt, sugar).

3In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together with an electric mixer(oil, yogurt, eggs, milk, corn syrup, vanilla extract).

4Fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined.

5Do not overmix.

6Fold in chocolate chips.

7Fill each muffin cup with 1/3 cup batter.

8Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
