  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 12 cup oil
  • 23 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

    Stir together dry ingredients(flour, baking powder, salt, sugar).

    In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together with an electric mixer(oil, yogurt, eggs, milk, corn syrup, vanilla extract).

    Fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined.

    Do not overmix.
