- 4-1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 6 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Combine coconut, chocolate, nuts and flour in large bowl.

3Add milk and vanilla; mix well.

4Drop tablespoonfuls of coconut mixture, 2 inches apart, into 60 mounds on parchment-covered baking sheets.

5Bake 10 to 12 min.

6or until golden brown.

7Cool on baking sheet 1 min.

8Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
