  • 4-1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 6 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine coconut, chocolate, nuts and flour in large bowl.

    Add milk and vanilla; mix well.

    Drop tablespoonfuls of coconut mixture, 2 inches apart, into 60 mounds on parchment-covered baking sheets.

    Bake 10 to 12 min.

    or until golden brown.

    Cool on baking sheet 1 min.

    Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
