- 4 c. milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 (4 1/8 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding
- 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
- 1/4 c. ground walnuts
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Mix flour, oleo and chopped walnuts.

2Spread in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

3Bake at 325° about 20 minutes or until golden.

4Cool well.

5Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip.

6Mix well.

7Spread on top of baked crust.

8Mix pudding and milk.

9Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.

10Cool until set.

11Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding.

12Sprinkle ground walnuts on top of Cool Whip.
