Chocolate Coconut Balls

  • 1 3/4 boxes confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick softened margarine
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bar paraffin wax

    Melt chocolate pieces and paraffin over low heat.

    Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper. A toothpick works well for dipping.
