  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup cola
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 6 tablespoons cola
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

    Sift together flour and sugar. Mix in pan the butter, oil, cola and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Then add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows to the first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes. Ice with icing while cake is hot.

    Mix butter, cocoa, and cola, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add confectioners' sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts. Stir all together and put on cake while it is still hot.
