- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1Arrange ladyfingers around side and bottom of 9 inch spring-form pan.

2Combine next 4 ingredients.

3Beat until well blended and smooth.

4Add egg yolks and beat until smooth.

5Blend in chocolate.

6Beat egg whites until smooth and stiff and fold in with whipped cream.

7Pour into ladyfinger lined spring-form pan. Remove rim of pan.

8Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
