Chocolate Crazy Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Cold Water
  • 2/3 cups Canola Or Vegetable Oil
  • 3 teaspoons Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with baking spray.

    Add the dry ingredients (flour through salt) directly into the pan and stir to combine with a fork. Pour in the wet ingredients and mix until smooth and all of the dry ingredients have been incorporated. Be sure to spread the batter into the corners.

    Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle.

    Remove pan from oven and set it on a cooling wrack. Once cooled, frost cake as you wish. I like to use chocolate frosting from a tub. Don't judge me.
