  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. cold water

Directions

    Sift the flour, sugar, soda, cocoa and salt in an ungreased 9 x 12-inch bake pan.

    Make 3 holes and put vanilla, vinegar and oil in the holes.

    Over all, put the cold water and stir until well mixed.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until it tests done with toothpick.
