  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix cake mix according to directions on package.

    Set aside. Mix together next 4 ingredients, then add the last 3 ingredients. Beat on high speed until smooth.

    Spread 1/2 of cake mix into greased and floured sheet pan.

    Spread cheese mixture evenly over batter.

    Top with remaining batter.

    Spread to cover cheese mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
