- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 sq. chocolate
Directions

1Blend flour, cornstarch, salt and sugar in saucepan.

2Stir in milk and add chocolate.

3Bring to a boil over medium heat.

4Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

5Stir a couple tablespoons of this chocolate mixture into your egg yolks.

6Return egg yolks and chocolate to the remaining chocolate mixture and stir constantly for 2 minutes; add vanilla and pour into a baked pie shell.

7Cool in refrigerator and cover with chocolate Cool Whip before serving.
