- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Melt chocolate in double boiler.

2Cool.

3Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.

4Mix oil, cooled chocolate, and sugar in bowl. Beat eggs in one at a time.

5Add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients; mix well.

6Fold in chocolate chips.

7Chill, covered for 4 hours.

8Preheat oven to 350.

9Roll mixture by teaspoonfuls in powdered sugar.

10Arrange on greased cookie sheet.

11Bake for 9-11 minutes or until cookies test done.

12Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.

13Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
