- 150 grams margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 360°F.

2Line the wells of the cupcake tin with paper baking cups (or grease the wells, if desired).

3In a bowl, combine the margarine and sugar and beat until smooth. Add the cocoa powder, eggs and flour. Mix well, without beating.

4Fill the muffin cups about 3/4 of the way full and bake for about 15 minutes, or until done but not too dry.

5Remove and let cool.
