- 1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
- 5-oz. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Line an 8 inch cake pan with parchment.

2In a saucepan, combine butter and chocolate until melted; set aside.

3In a separate saucepan, combine eggs and sugar and heat and stir until sugar dissolves and mixture darkens.

4Beat eggs until triple in volume; fold in flour.

5Carefully stir 1/2 egg mixture into chocolate.

6Fold in rest of ingredients and mix well.

7Pour into pan and bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes.

8Cool in pan and freeze overnight.

9Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving.
