- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/3 c. freshly brewed Espresso
- 1 c. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs (room temperature), separated
- 1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°.

2Butter 10-inch spring-form pan with 2-inch sides.

3Melt both chocolates with Espresso and butter in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.

4Pour into large bowl.

5Cool.

6Mix in vanilla extract.
