Chocolate Decadence Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon warm water
- 4 Large eggs, separated
- Raspberry sauce (recipe follows)
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions

1Generously butter bottom of 8 1/2 springform pan; set aside.

2In heavy saucepan, heat chocolate and butter.

3Stir in sugar and water till well blended.

4Beat in egg yolks one at a time.

5Beat egg whites till stiff but not dry.

6When chocolate has cooled slightly, gently fold 1/4 the chocolate mix into egg whites.

7Repeat with remaining chocolate.

8Pour into prepared pan.

9Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven 15 min.

10(Cake will look under-baked.)

11Cold on wire rack.

12Chill or possibly freeze.

13Prepare Raspberry Sauce.
