  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Directions

    Melt margarine in an oblong cake pan.

    Add flour and nuts, then press into crust (use more flour, if needed).

    Bake crust for 15 minutes at 350° or until lightly browned.
