Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Mix flour, chopped nuts and butter. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (have to use your finger). Bake for 20 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Mix powdered sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese.

    Blend well and spread on cooled crust.

    Mix puddings and milk.

    Beat until thick and pour over cream cheese layer.

    Top with Cool Whip and grated chocolate bar.

    For best results, refrigerate overnight.
