  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 1 medium pkg. Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat in pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 375° and cool.

    Mix next 3 ingredients together and spread for next layer.
  4. 4
    Mix the next 2 ingredients and spread for third layer.
  5. 5
    Spread the next 2 ingredients for fourth layer. Sprinkle with few more pecans.

    Chill several hours or overnight.
