Chocolate Delight

Directions

   Prepare brownie mix as directed on box and spread over 11 x 13-inch nonstick jelly roll baking pan or cookie sheet.

   Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

   Test with toothpick.

   If toothpick is wet, bake a few more minutes.

   While brownie mix is baking, prepare sauce (icing).

   In saucepan, mix water and margarine.

   Heat until margarine melts.

   Add cocoa, vanilla and confectioners sugar.

   Stir and make sauce thick enough to spoon or pour over brownies.

    If too thick to pour, add water until desired thickness is obtained. Remove brownies from oven when done.

    Spread marshmallows over brownies.

    Return brownies (with marshmallows) to oven for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Do not leave brownies in oven too long or they will be too hard to cut.

    Remove brownies/marshmallows from oven and pour icing over hot marshmallow.

    Swirl in with spoon.

    Sprinkle pecan pieces over icing, if desired.

    Let cool.
