  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 carton Cool Whip
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in oblong pan.

    Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix next 3 ingredients and spread over cooled crust.
  5. 5
    Mix together remaining ingredients and spread on top of rest.
  6. 6
    Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts if you wish.
