  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
  • chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine margarine, flour and pecans. Mix well. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool.
