  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (6 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (6 3/4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
  • 6 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, butter and nuts and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until brown (about 10 minutes).
