- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 pkg. instant chocolate Jell-O pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 medium container Cool Whip
Directions

1For first layer, melt oleo and mix with flour and 1/2 cup pecans.

2Spread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.

4Refrigerate 1 hour then add second layer.
