  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 13 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Mix margarine, flour and nuts until crumbly.

    Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool completely.
