  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 stick soft butter
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 c. 10x sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Combine the flour, butter and nuts until crumbly.

    Pat mixture into bottom of an 8 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes. Cool.
