- 1 large angel food cake
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 2 small pkg. Toll House chocolate chips
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Melt chocolate chips in double boiler and let cool, then stir in slightly beaten egg yolks.

2Whip cream and stir in chocolate chips.

3Beat egg whites until stiff and stir in sugar.

4Then fold into the chocolate mixture.

5Break angel food cake into small pieces and put a layer in large buttered dish, then a layer of chocolate mixture, then another layer of angel food bits and then a layer of chocolate mixture.

6Refrigerate for 24 hours.

7Will make a serving for 12 or 14.
