Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 serving spoons dry milk
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 1/4 sticks margarine
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Pour into 2 regular or 4 small loaf pans which have been greased and sugared (spray with Pam and sprinkle with sugar). Bake about 40 minutes at 350°.

    Test for doneness.

    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

    Wrap well and store in refrigerator.

    You can add nuts, dates, raisins, bananas or almost anything you like.
